The Electrum Group is a small, locally-owned company offering affordable housing and retail space in the heart of Champaign-Urbana, both on the University of Illinois campus and just off campus.

Our own experience as tenants of the big apartment firms in Champaign county led us to develop a friendlier, tenant-oriented management style. Since 1991, we've stuck with our commitment to never rent units we wouldn't live in ourselves, and to always treat our tenants as we would want to be treated.
